Political Factoid
A bill had the support of
people throughout the state,
and also of both Republican
and Democratic lawmakers
in the Legislature,
... but the governor
chose to follow the
dictates of special
interests in a different
state -- and vetoed the
bill.
Obviously, Governor Christi (R-NJ) is
running for President and the votes of
special interests elsewhere are more
important than general interests of
the voters of his state.
