receiving Social security.
President Obama had proposed gun
background checks be extended to people
receiving Social Security to prevent people
who lack the mental capacity to manage
their own affairs due to "marked subnormal
intelligence, or mental illness,
incompetency, condition, or disease" from
owning guns. And members of the
fright-wing became unglued.
