Photos taken through the
smartphone app called
"Color" are stored on
Color's servers and the
company owns them.
 
The photos are "public"
by default and automatically
shared with anyone else
within 150 feet who also has
downloaded the Color app.
 
"We're all inherently voyeuristic,"
says the company.
 
The free market is free to corrupt.
