Political Factoid

A person born in Canada can
never be a born-in-the-U.S.
"natural born U.S. citizen"
. . .  albeit he may acquire
U.S. citizenship via automatic
naturalization if one or more
of his parents is a U.S. citizen
(natural born or naturalized).
