declared the proposed Keystone XL
pipeline to be a public project*
(rather than a project of private industry)
. . . and therefore a good
use of eminent domain.

That was a bold-face political lie, as the
sole owner of the Keystone Pipeline System
is the TransCanada Corporation - a foreign
corporation at that.
