pipeline will malfunction,
but rather a question of when,"
. . . and this was proven
again by a 2016 leak of
the Keystone pipeline
carrying crude oil from
Alberta, Canada, headed
for Oklahoma and Texas.
What was first claimed to be 187 gallons,
then increased to 16,800 gallons, and
they still had not found the cause of the leak.
