at least five recursive questions
of "How?"
- Example:
- We are going to create
new jobs for Americans.
- How are you going to do that?
We are going to rebuild the
American infrastructure (roads,
bridges, etc.) with American workers.
- How are you going to do that?
Pass legislation that rebuilds
and modernizes our infrastructure.
- How are you going to do that?
By breaking the obstuctionist
Congressional/Legislative gridlock.
- How are you going to do that?
By working across the aisle.
- How are you going to do that?
etc.
