Political Factoid

When you delete a file on
your computer (e.g., an e-mail)
the computer's operating
system only marks the
file as "deleted"
. . .  but does not delete
(i.e., actually remove)
the data itself.

Nor does it delete the
file copies from any
data backups you had
made (or were made
for you
).

A similar thing happens
if you are using cloud-based
e-mail (like Google's gmail)
or web-based access from
an e-mail account at your
Internet service provider.

You can honestly say
that you "deleted it"
. . .  but it is not gone.
And then there are the copies
to whom you had sent the
e-mail (or had sent it to you)
No wonder Sec. Hillary Clinton
stumbled with e-mails.
And now, let's think about your postings
on social media  . . . .
