losers ever, railroaded
through a massive batch
of laws just before the
end of 2016
. . . to transfer most power
from the governor's office
(won by a Democrat) to the
legislature (still to be
Republican controlled).
The outgoing GOP governor -- who
had lost re-election -- quickly signed
each of the bills with spiteful delight.
