  • Wisconsin - Rep. Gov.Scott Walker
    (rejected Madison-to-Milwaukee high speed line)
  • Ohio - Rep. Gov. John Kasich
    (rejected connecting Cincinnati, Cleveland and Columbus)
  • Florida - Rep. Gov.Rick Scott
    (cancelled Orlando-to-Tampa high speed project)
Winners:
  • Northeast Corridor (gets additional $800 million)*
  • Chicago to Detroit (gets additional $404 million)*
  • Midwest and California (gets additional $340 million)*
  • California (gets additional $300 million)*
* From the $2 billion which Florida governor Rick Scott rejected.
