When daylight savings time
ends most people are
very happy because they
get an extra hour.
GOP politicians celebrate:
- by staying up an extra
hour the night before
- and then allow themselves
an extra hour of sleep
the next morning.
After all, "double-dipping" is how they
do their Congressional budgeting.
