- Employee Head Taxes
- Capital Gains Taxes
- Environment (disposal or cleanup) Taxes
- A "permanent" tax holiday passed
on any business portion* of any
social security and medicare
taxes.

security and medicare taxes is a
separate issue.
- A "permanent" personal capital
gains tax rate of zero percent for
stocks, bonds, real estate, and
innovative financial products.
- "Permanent" personal income tax
cuts such that the top bracket does
not exceed 20%.
- The "permanent" elimination of
"death taxes" (i.e., inheritance
taxes) in order to preserve the
accumulation of wealth.
- A "limited-liability cap" on any
claims or charges of liability as a
result of accident, negligence, poor
judgment, or intended actions.
- The privatization [Note 8] of:
- Social Security accounts and
deposits.
- Medicare and Medicaid
- Veteran Administration
- Public education (replace with
for-profit charter schools).
- Federal Interstate Highway
System, e.g., convert to privately
owned (investor owned for profit)
toll systems.

- Federal Insurance Deposit
