In 2011, if President Obama had
asked Congress for a declaration
of war against Libya:
- and the Republicans in
Congress had said, "Yes,"
... then, there would undoubtedly
have been U.S. troops on the ground
in Libya and U.S. casualties.
- or, if the Republicans had
said, "No,"
... then, Moammar Gadhafi would
probably still be in power.
Sometimes, the Republicans just can't win.
