Congress is readily interested
in passing ultra-aggressive,
anti-piracy laws to protect the
multi-billion dollar media mogals
and corporations,
... but it has little interest in
protecting against piracy
of personal identity data,
... nor enough interest in protecting against
the piratizing of public property and public
funds (like Social Security and Medicare).
