DNA identification-based,
photo-identification,
voter-registration
smart card

- Issued free by each state government
at the county seat of the person's
permanent residence.
- Voter registration will contain
state-produced photo and a microchip
containing personal identification
information.
- In order to obtain the voter registration
card, each person must produce the
following:
- Certified birth certificate
or other acceptable proof
of citizenship
- Current credit report
to validate address at
which they reside
- Certified DNA report*
to establish positive
identification
- Registration must be completed
180 days prior to election.
- At election time, computerized
voting machines will read the
microchip to validate the
identification data with the
state's master database, and
match the person's face with
the photo on the card and on
file in the state database.
- All information, including current
address, must be correct in order
to vote.
