costs, will be greater than the
amount of money the big polluters
will need to spend modifying their
plants for the new clean air
standards.
The polluters are, of course, more interested
in their corporate fiscal health than the personal
health of themselves, their families, their
employees, their customers, their neighbors, etc.
... as evidenced by them not having
already installed such technology (that
has existed for years).
