Many Roman Catholics continue their
push to impose their religious beliefs
and rules upon non-Catholic Americans.
Examples:
- Meatless Fridays
This was particularly apparent in the lunch
programs at most public schools and other
public eating events -- up until the latter
part of the 20th century -- and now
many Catholic bishops are pushing
for a return of that practice.
- Anti-birthcontrol
Imposed on non-catholic employees of all
organizations "affiliated" with the Catholic church.
