Political Factoid
It has been reported that GM executives
are suspending production of the
Chevy Volt for five weeks, laying off
1,300 workers temporarily.
- "... in reality, they had no choice."
- Sales had been lagging.
- Inventories have been building.
- "Volt sales have been so slow this
year, the company needs to adjust
production to demand."
Is this not objective, verifiable evidence that large
corporations like GM cannot succeed in a free market,
free enterprise environment, ...
... else why do they not just
lower the "price" temporarily?
