U.S. District Court Judge Henry Hudson paved the way
to restore pre-existing condition exclusions
and denial of service at emergency rooms.
Judge Hudson is said to have a financial interest
in a Republican Stategy consulting company which
was paid to help oppose Health Care Reform.
(Wonder why he did not recluse himself from this case.)
