Tea Party Republican Congressman
Rand Paul, when pushed, said he
would not vote to repeal* the Civil
Rights Act.
But Paul also said he does not fully
agree with one of the parts of the
Act and would prefer that one
be modified
... to not dictate to businesses
as to with whom they can and
cannot do business.
