There have been two Mitt Romneys.
  • The Mitt Romney who initially got elected,
    was interested in being the governor of
    Massachusetts and passed the original
    "Obamacare."
     
  • The Mitt Romney (after his second year as
    governor) started running for president and
    abandoned many of his previous positions.
