There are different kinds of optimists:
A. Struggling Americans
- They have their jobs taken away from them.
- They have their homes foreclosed.
- They shop at the thrift stores.
- They travel by public transportation.
- ... and they keep on believing in the
American dream.
B. Mitt and Ann Romney*
- They had a victory speech written.
- They had a victory website ready to go.
- They had victory flowers ready to wear.
- ... and then got caught flat without
a concession speech prepared.
