If women must pay for their
birth-control medicine without
insurance coverage,*
the women will have less
incentive and ability to prevent
unplanned pregnancies, for which
the insurance companies will end
up paying considerably more.

medicine made available "over-the-
counter" so the insurance industry
will not have to pay for it.
