In 1999 Wayne LaPierre
(National Rife Association)
supported background checks
for every gun show, saying,
"No loopholes anywhere for
anyone,"
... but in 2013 LaPierre
was essentially supporting
'loopholes for criminals
and anyone else who is
interested.'
