Political Factoid
The GOP Congress merged 22 agencies
in 2001 to create the Department of
Homeland Security.
Similar action was not applied to Congress,
where more than 100 committees or
subcommittees that oversee the department.
Just a tad hypocritical.
- Good for the goose but not the gander.
