The United States Chamber of Commerce
receives lots of money from non-American
sources.
During the 2010 political campaign, the
Chamber received over $300 Million from
two countries alone, India and Bahrain.
Just one month before the general
elections, the Chamber held a large
reception for the Bahrain Banking
Association.
Subsequently, the Chamber spend $10
Million in just one week for pro-Republican
political ads. (They announced a
commitment to spend $75 Million on the
election.)
