IP addresses of Known Hackers (mostly foreign)
The following is but a "sample" from the oodles of files of evidence which exists.  
NOTES:  Additional hackers and their IP addresses could be
added, but this list is a good "sample."
 
Many of these hackers use multiple IP addresses
to hammer away at our web sites.  They are crude,
nasty, bully looters seeking to steal from us.
 
Often, the IP (Internet Protocol) address owner
or the ISP (Internet Service Provider) may be just
a "front" for the hackers they let use their facilities,
like a landlord who rents to someone operating a
meth lab, or to run a house of ill repute.
 
Hackers are like vandals who try every door and
window in your house to see if they can get in,
and once in, they open every closet and every
drawer, as they invade your space and steal
what they are after.
