The following is but a "sample" from "security-camera" [equivalent] visitor logs.

Additional bots and their IP addresses could be
added, this list is a good, illustrative "sample."
Some of these bots use hundreds and hundreds
of IP addresses to hammer away at our web sites,
like gangs roaming the neighborhood.
While some bots are relatively friendly visitors,
many are crude, nasty, bully looters seeking to
steal time, resources, and information.
And some bots are nothing more than evil hackers.

Bots are computer programs that act like automated
intruders, and are often thieves.
BTW -- Fmr. Gov. Mitt Romney (R-MI) would undoubtedly
say that "bots are people, too."
